At Underworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain in unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
